Delivery Project Manager - PV & ESS - Europe

Your mission

Salut și bun venit la Sungrow! We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager who can support the successful execution of both PV and energy storage projects across Europe. This is a hybrid role designed to welcome strong project professionals, with future specialization in PV or ESS based on business needs and your experience.
  • Lead assigned PV and ESS projects from internal handover through delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and closeout.
  • Build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners across supply chain, logistics, engineering, service, commissioning, and finance.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations.
  • Monitor project delivery, payment milestones, documentation, risks, and change requests to support on-time execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and strengthening project-delivery processes across the team.

Your profile

Sounds like a meaningful challenge? Here is what will help you make an impact:
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction, infrastructure, or technical delivery.
  • Exposure to PV, ESS, BESS, electrical systems, EPC environments, or renewable energy projects is highly valued.
  • Strong planning, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
  • English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus, and a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is welcome.
