Qualifications
- Customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to handle a wide range of requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong phone etiquette, fluency in French (spoken and written), and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and educational way.
- Strong interest in energy storage systems (BESS), electricity, or renewable energy; previous experience in an industrial or technical environment is a plus.
- A Bac+2 degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
