Your mission

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to support new energy project deliveries across EU. This role is responsible for end-to-end project logistics execution, including supplier tendering, transportation solution design, multimodal coordination, oversized cargo management, and last-mile delivery execution.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in international project logistics within renewable energy or industrial sectors, with solid knowledge of EU transportation regulations, customs, dangerous goods handling, project deliveries. You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

  • Lead end-to-end logistics planning and execution for BESS and PV projects across Europe.
  • Provide logistics support for project deliveries, including supplier tendering, RFQs, transportation route design, and delivery planning.
  • Design and implement transportation solutions for oversized and overweight cargo, including heavy-lift and specialized transport operations.
  • Conduct route assessments, road surveys, and risk evaluations for complex deliveries.
  • Follow up on project deliveries and coordinate all related resources to ensure last-mile deliveries are completed on time and in full.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, carriers, clients, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Minimize logistics costs through efficient transportation planning, supplier optimization, and KPI management.
  • Manage logistics service provider tendering, evaluation, and performance tracking to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure logistics operations and documentation comply with transportation regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and internal compliance standards.
  • Handle invoicing, cost tracking, monthly reporting, and logistics documentation management. 



Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics or project logistics, preferably within renewable energy, BESS, PV, EPC, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs clearance, EU inland transportation, Incoterms.
  • Experience in logistics service provider tendering, supplier management, and KPI performance management.
  • Familiarity with multimodal transportation operations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, data-oriented, and detail-focused working style.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Fluent English skills (C1 level or above);  Chinese, Romanian or other CEE language skills are considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in ERP, WMS, MS Office, and other logistics management systems.
