The ideal candidate has strong experience in international project logistics within renewable energy or industrial sectors, with solid knowledge of EU transportation regulations, customs, dangerous goods handling, project deliveries. You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:
- Lead end-to-end logistics planning and execution for BESS and PV projects across Europe.
- Provide logistics support for project deliveries, including supplier tendering, RFQs, transportation route design, and delivery planning.
- Design and implement transportation solutions for oversized and overweight cargo, including heavy-lift and specialized transport operations.
- Conduct route assessments, road surveys, and risk evaluations for complex deliveries.
- Follow up on project deliveries and coordinate all related resources to ensure last-mile deliveries are completed on time and in full.
- Work closely with Project Managers, carriers, clients, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Minimize logistics costs through efficient transportation planning, supplier optimization, and KPI management.
- Manage logistics service provider tendering, evaluation, and performance tracking to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure logistics operations and documentation comply with transportation regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and internal compliance standards.
- Handle invoicing, cost tracking, monthly reporting, and logistics documentation management.
