- You will design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud CRM platform, covering Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- You will build and manage integrations between the CRM and other enterprise systems - including ERP, marketing automation tools, websites, and data warehouses - using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
- You will implement business logic, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components based on specifications provided by CRM consultants and business stakeholders.
- You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle - from unit testing and UAT support to release management using sandboxes, version control, and proper deployment practices.
- You will provide 3rd-level technical support for custom CRM developments and integrations, troubleshooting performance and reliability issues as they arise.
- You will continuously improve code quality, reusability, and platform governance, contributing to the long-term health of our D365 CRM ecosystem.
