Germany - Munich
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

Servus und hallo! Wir freuen uns, dass du den Weg zu uns gefunden hast — willkommen bei Sungrow in München!
We are looking for a Business Systems Consultant – SRM/TMS/WMS/SAP(MM) who will be the backbone of our Supply Chain technology landscape, keeping our procurement, transportation, and warehouse systems running smoothly and smartly. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You will capture, consolidate, and translate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders — from Master Data and Finance to Logistics, Warehouse, and Planning — into smart, scalable system solutions.
  • You will configure and maintain our SRM, TMS, WMS, and SAP MM modules, ensuring seamless integration across procurement, transportation, warehousing, and ERP environments.
  • You will actively participate in supply chain projects such as carrier integrations, warehouse rollouts, and supplier onboarding, coordinating closely with developers, key users, and 3PL partners.
  • You will provide 2nd-level application support, covering incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, data issue resolution, and continuous process improvement across the full source-to-pay cycle.
  • You will support master data integrity for vendors, materials, transport lanes, and warehouse structures — resolving issues through structured incident handling and cross-team coordination.
  • You will identify and document process improvements across source-to-pay, transportation, and warehouse operations, keeping our integration flows clean and our configurations well-documented.

Your profile

Your Profile
Alright, alright — that sounded exciting, didn't it? Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least two of the following: SRM, TMS, WMS, or SAP MM — and you know your way around source-to-pay and inbound/outbound logistics processes.
  • You have a solid understanding of integration concepts — EDI, APIs, carrier and supplier connectivity — and are comfortable navigating master data management for vendors and materials.
  • You are analytically sharp, process-oriented, and at ease working across procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations teams in a cross-functional, international setting.
  • You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English at C1 level (written and spoken); German is a welcome plus.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or SAP Ariba — or if you bring knowledge of customs, incoterms, international shipping, or warehouse automation technologies.

Why us?

Our IT and Supply Chain team at Sungrow is where technology meets real operational impact. You will be embedded in a dynamic, international environment where your work directly shapes how we source, move, and manage goods across the globe. Here is what makes this a great place to grow:

  • Hands-on exposure to end-to-end enterprise systems spanning procurement, logistics, and warehouse management — no two days look the same.
  • A front-row seat in digitalization and system integration projects with real business impact across multiple regions.
  • A clear career development path in IT consulting and enterprise application management, supported by a team that invests in your growth.
  • A truly international working environment at our Munich headquarters, where collaboration across cultures and time zones is part of everyday life.
