IT Purchaser - Spain (Part-time)

• Oversee all IT purchasing activities, from budget preparation and supplier sourcing to negotiation and contract management.
• Administer company devices via Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance, patch management, and configuration control.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access policies, assisting with data protection controls and audit activities.
• Manage and resolve IT incidents through ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to align local operations with global standards and support cross-site initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of IT purchases, vendor agreements, and contribute to operational reporting and documentation.

• 2-5 years of proven experience in IT purchasing or procurement roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with IT products, software, and services, coupled with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and pricing data, and proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (C1) is required, together with proficiency in at least one additional European language or Chinese.
• Willingness to delve into various IT topics and contribute to endpoint management and compliance support.
