As our IT Support Engineer based in Athens, you will be the go-to person for reliable, secure, and user-focused IT services, supporting both our local office and colleagues across the wider Balkan region. - Provide high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users in the Athens office and surrounding region.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and identity-related topics in a hybrid environment.
- Manage workplace devices and compliance using Microsoft Intune, ensuring smooth onboarding and daily operations.
- Support local implementation of security and compliance measures, including Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access.
- Act as the primary IT contact for the Athens office, owning incidents, assets, and local infrastructure topics.
- Collaborate closely with regional IT teams to align local operations with European and global IT standards.
