Technical Support Engineer - Benelux

Your mission

  • Provide technical support for Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

  • Manage service partners for specific tasks and serve as a technical trainer for installers and EPCs.

  • Collaborate with the R&D department to resolve common project issues and challenges; develop corresponding plans and solutions.

  • Travel to project sites to assist customers with problem-solving and to collect technical data for R&D purposes.

  • Conduct training sessions for service partners and installers during site visits.

  • Prepare reports on product failure analysis and conduct risk assessments for distribution products.

  • Coordinate with other service departments to address issues and provide technical support.

Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • Minimum of one year post-graduation experience with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of the PV, EV charger, and ESS industries, and certified to work in an EU country.

  • Hands-on experience with PV/ESS products and related technologies.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and service partners.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum B2); additional languages (Dutch & French) are highly beneficial

  • Based in the Netherlands, you will work primarily on our large projects in Belgium.

  • Willingness to travel 50%
