Being a Technical Sales Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution/installation/commissioning/FAQ
- Escalate sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcast the solution of sales blocks to customers in time once there is via training or statements
- Visit key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new request for portfolio with the clear to-purchase volume
- Study/Report of the local market size change for each portfolio sectors, and local competitor portfolio monthly
- Study local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white labelling opportunity, and 3rd party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity
- Check the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable
