Technical Sales Manager - Benelux

Your mission

Support the technical and commercial activities of PV, BESS and EV charging solutions in the Benelux market by providing product support, preparing technical materials, assisting customer projects, and engaging with installers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentation materials, and training content for PV, BESS, EV charger and EMS products.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution preparation, technical analysis, quotations, tender documentation, and customer technical inquiries.
  • Conduct market, policy, competitor, and product research to support product improvement and business development.
  • Support installer engagement activities, including technical training, webinars, community activities, product launches, and local events.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and service teams to support project execution and daily operations.

Your profile

What will you need to be successful?
 
  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, renewable energy, or related disciplines
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of PV, BESS, EV Charger, and EMS
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical information and prepare structured documentation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Experience with installers or renewable energy projects is a plus
  • English, Dutch (C1).
