In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:
- Reviews complex issues (e.g., multiple components of a product, such as Dynamic 365, SAP, etc) and contacts customers to understand issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issues.
- Performs complex product troubleshooting. Works alongside the level-2 support and development teams to drive incident resolution for configuration, code, or other service deficiencies impacting customers.
- Act as an advisor to the customer and handles complex, repeatable, or escalated cases that may become politically charged. Creates technical articles or knowledge base (e.g., edits or creates news/ knowledge-base articles) that is internal or customer facing for better customer understand. Provides education to ensure customer understands the problem in order to proactively resolve potential issues in the future.
- To Collect, pre-analyze day-to-day requirements from EU business teams and to categorize & prioritize them from EU region level perspective.
- Work with HQ Digital IT business partners to continuously develop and optimize system demonstration clips sticking to business SOP documentations.
- Work with HQ digital IT business partners to assess, prioritize requirements with final resource arrangement and patch/solution delivery.
