Your mission

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new EU Digitalization Support Engineer!

What does a EU Digitalization Support Engineer do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:

Act as onsite support to assist internal users on SAP-S4 system in daily support, Q&A, system training, etc.
Identify and trouble shoot application problems leveraging your business & technology knowledge in SAP SD module, MM and FICO are preferred.
Escalate enquires in a timely manner to level-3 / level4 support for fixes or to internal subject matter experts for issues requiring clarification
Contact third party vendors when appropriate to request more assistance or report issues with functionality
Document resolutions and workarounds in the knowledge base
Build trust with internal users by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism
Work closely with Headquarter team in issue report, root cause analysis and prospective requirements synchronization

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Let's see what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role:

At least 5 years of experience in IT areas, such IT solution implementation, IT support, etc.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP-S4 SD module. MM/FICO experience is preferred.
Fluent in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Chinese are preferred.
Experience using MS office solution.
A passion for technology and desire to provide superior customer service
