the Senior People Development Manager for all our european operations!
It`s a very diverse role, with many different aspects to it; let`s dive in:
  • In general, act as a subject matter expert (SME) in a specific HR area such as talent management, compensation, learning and development, organisational development or employee engagement.
  • Provide high-level expertise and strategic insights to HR business partners and the wider business to drive initiatives in your area of specialization.
Policy and Strategy Development:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and practices related to your area of expertise.
  • Ensure policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations and aligned with business objectives.
Advisory Support:
  • Advise and coach HR business partners and line managers on complex HR issues within the CoE's specialty (e.g., employee relations, performance management, leadership development).
  • Act as a consultant to ensure that HR policies and processes are followed consistently.
Project Management:
  • Lead or participate in HR projects that align with business strategy and deliver HR solutions at scale, such as change management initiatives, learning and development programs, or compensation reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR data and metrics within your area of specialization to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in HR within your area of expertise.
  • Proactively propose and drive new initiatives and improvements to existing HR practices.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other CoE teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR initiatives.
Your profile
To keep you happy and challenged ​in the long run, we ​would love to see ​You having a background similiar to this:
  • Completed tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role. 
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, ability to prioritise, problem solving and possess initiative. 
  • Ability to deliver training, creating materials and interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Intermediate skills in all software platforms of MS Office Suite and AI.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Chinese (C1) is a must.
