- In general, act as a subject matter expert (SME) in a specific HR area such as talent management, compensation, learning and development, organisational development or employee engagement.
- Provide high-level expertise and strategic insights to HR business partners and the wider business to drive initiatives in your area of specialization.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and practices related to your area of expertise.
- Ensure policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations and aligned with business objectives.
- Advise and coach HR business partners and line managers on complex HR issues within the CoE's specialty (e.g., employee relations, performance management, leadership development).
- Act as a consultant to ensure that HR policies and processes are followed consistently.
- Lead or participate in HR projects that align with business strategy and deliver HR solutions at scale, such as change management initiatives, learning and development programs, or compensation reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
- Analyze HR data and metrics within your area of specialization to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in HR within your area of expertise.
- Proactively propose and drive new initiatives and improvements to existing HR practices.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other CoE teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and programs.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR initiatives.
