Your mission
Hello there and a warm welcome from the Sungrow HR Team in Germany!
We are excited to open a 6‑months Internship opportunity in our Recruitment function - the perfect place to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international Greentech environment. Curious what awaits you? Let’s dive in:
  • Support candidate sourcing across job boards, social media, and networking channels and maintain accurate candidate data.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and share relevant materials with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with job postings, document management, and recruitment-related data entry in our systems.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Contribute to recruitment reports, metrics, and general administrative HR support.
  • Join HR projects and career events, helping us refine and implement recruitment strategies.
  • and of course, delve with our team into infinite possibilities of the unknown abyss we nowadays call: Artificial Intelligence :)
Your profile
That sounded good so far, right? To make sure you feel comfortable and thrive in this role, it would be great if you bring along the following background:
  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree — fields like HR, Economics, or IT are welcome, but curiosity about HR is the most important part.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive mindset, team spirit, and a positive attitude toward learning.
  • Interest in digital tools and AI-based HR support solutions is a definite plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn or other professional platforms is beneficial but not required.
  • English at C1 level, other european languages are a very strong plus in this role.
