Your mission
We are seeking a skilled Remote Support Engineer to join our team at Sungrow. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our electrical systems.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with PV inverters. You should be proficient in both Hebrew and English, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle critical situations with customers.

Responsibilities:
- First-Level Support: Provide first-level support for O&M issues, communicate with customers, and manage GSP system tickets.
- Maintenance Management: Schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance with the region service team, ensuring all activities comply with OEM requirements and warranties.
- Corrective Actions: Identify problems, develop corrective action plans, and manage progress with the region service team.
- Stock and Subcontractor Management: Monitor and manage the stock of spare parts and units on-site, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality work results.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow and develop local Health and Safety regulations for site activities, ensuring compliance.
- Reporting and Documentation: Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences, including managing warranty claims and providing feedback from field operations.
