We are looking for a skilled Partner Success Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Israel. Your role is vital to ensuring the satisfaction of installers and distributors by understanding and addressing their needs while promoting our clean energy solutions.

As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding partner relationships through outstanding commercial support and sales enablement. Develop and maintain relationships with PV & BESS sales channels, strategic accounts, EPC’s and other renewable energy companies.
You’ll actively support the sales process end-to-end, help identify new business opportunities, and deliver strategic guidance to partners to maximize their success.
Providing product and sales training, assisting with technical service-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service delivery experience. You will collaborate closely with the relevant technical product managers and cross-functional teams across Europe to align commercial goals and deliver value-added solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, EPC’s and renewable energy companies to drive mutual success.
- Design and execute training programs for both existing and potential partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Supporting partners and distributors in service delivery.
- Drive company growth and consistently meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure the successful delivery of Sungrow solutions, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to partner needs.
- Co-create value propositions based on customer and market insights and forecasting.
- Actively identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert them into long-term partners.
