What a Finance Business Partner does here at Sungrow you might ask? Well, let`s dive right in:
- Left and right hand of finance manager, member of the regional finance team, and implement the group, regional and BU strategy
- Collaborates with external agencies in preparation financial statements and tax filing and other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely and correct supply of information
- Assist in set-up information system and functioning of the BU planning & control-processes, administrative organization, internal controls
- Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the BU operations
- Assist in Tax compliance and planning
Your profile
All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:
- Bachelor degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in auditing firms or multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with multinational corporation
- Solid foundation in accounting
- Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing, Mandarin is a plus
- Basic knowledge in SAP and other ERP business applications
- Business acumen, analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, able to build networks within the organization and manage changes
- Hands-on attitude with a can-do mentality
