What a Finance Intern does here at Sungrow you might ask? Well, let`s dive right in:
• Assisting with the day-to-day bookkeeping and management accounts
• Issuing invoices to customers.
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments by following up on outstanding payments.
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
• Upload supplier invoices to internal system for approval
• Preparing documents for weekly supplier payment.
• Processing statement reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer…)
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports.
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Ad-hoc finance tasks

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:
• Experience of bookkeeping / a willingness to learn bookkeeping
• Good IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of Xero (desirable)
• Ability to work with a team and partially on your own
• Languages: English at least C1, another language is a plus
