What`s the business, you might ask? Well, in short it`s pretty much You making sure that our distributing partners are always well informed about our portfolio and know that they can count on us with our expertise and quality!

- Carry out account development, relationship management and new customer lead generation
- Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and customers and keep client knowledge up-to-date
- Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads
- Identify & Track customer Needs and Objectives and match them to our Products and Services
- Create value propositions / account plans based on customer insights and review with Distribution Manager
- Participating in Industry conferences, fairs, events of solar and photovoltaics associations, etc. where required
- Assist partner sales persons on sales opportunities with partner’s Key Customers
- Respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by phone and email
- Monitor & Maintain customer relations by analysing, evaluating customer satisfaction and manage problems through to resolution
- Perform necessary operational tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines)
- Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant information to management
- Maintain a high level of accuracy of customer data on the CRM, document customer Interactions
- Raise / escalate topics that could cause damage to the business continuity, partnership or relationship in a timely manner
- When instructed, Inform partners and customers about topics that could cause damage to the business continuity, partnership or relationship
- Investigate over dues payments when requested and escalate when needed, and action when required
