  • Partner with regional leaders to shape and implement effective people strategies.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development.
  • Manage employee relations in line with UK employment law.
  • Champion our company culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Oversee HR operations, policies, and ensure compliance with UK regulations and GDPR.
  • Collaborate on recruitment efforts and enhance employer branding.
  • Lead change initiatives and foster adaptability across teams.

Your profile
We want to make sure you feel happy in your position, therefore, it would be great if you have the following personal background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and employment practices.
  • Proven stakeholder management across countries or business units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English C1–C2; other European languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and data-driven mindset.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and strong change leadership skills.
