Your mission

Welcome to your new role, as our next Field Service Engineer (FSE)! This role is centered in the South-West region of Germany, so you would be Home-Office based!
You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

Interface between our customers and Sungrow
Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.

As you can see, many different tasks and aspects await, you won`t get bored!

Your profile

Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (Let`s face it, you need to understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, as much we love people willing to join us from different faculties, you should know your fair share of electrical conduits, right?)
German & English language skills at least on C1
Willing to work on call duty.
Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial
Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
Willingness to travel.
Driving license is extremely important to the job

Willkommen in deiner neuen Rolle als unser nächster Field Service Engineer (FSE)!
Wir suchen mehrere Field Service Engineers für den ganzen Deutschland. Unser HQ ist in München, daher würden wir dir hier sogar direkt die Möglichkeit für Home-Office basiertes Arbeiten anbieten! Das klingt doch schon mal vernünftig, nicht wahr?

Dir werden vielfältige Aufgaben übertragen, wie z.B.:

Im Rahmen deiner Aufgabe besuchst du unsere Kunden vor Ort und reparierst unsere elektronischen Produkte (Photovoltaic inverter / Wechselrichter) und PV Anlagen.
Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und Sungrow.
Telefonischer Support und Remoteunterstützung für unsere Kunden.
Durchführung von Installations-, Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Prüfaufgaben, sowie Upgrades oder Nacharbeiten vor Ort beim Kunden.
Durchführung einer Diagnose bei Fehlern oder technischen Problemen.
Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme der Photovoltaik- oder Batteriekraftwerke.
Aufgeben erledigen entsprechend der festgelegten Dokumentation und Arbeitsprozesse, sowie entsprechend der geltenden Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen und -vorschriften.
Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozesse für bestehende und kommende Servicetätigkeiten.

Wie du siehst, es warten viele verschiedene Aufgaben und Aspekte auf dich; Bei uns wird`s dir bestimmt nicht langweilig!

Ihr Profil

Also dann, um diese Stelle vernünftig ausfüllen zu können, wären folgende Punkte schon recht wichtig:

Abgeschlossenes Studium Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar.
Alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker, Elektrotechniker, staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Meister oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Weiterbildung als Elektrofachkraft von Vorteil.
Seien wir ehrlich, du musst den Unterschied zwischen Gleichspannung / Wechselspannung , Nieder- und Mittelspannung usw. kennen. Den Rest werden wir dir auf jeden Fall noch beibringen.
Bereitschaft telefonisch komplexe Sachverhalte zu erklären.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden in kritischen Situationen sind wünschenswert.
Erfahrungen mit Batteriespeicherlösungen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Programmierkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse IT von Vorteil.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Reisebereitschaft ca. 60-70 Prozent, größtenteils innerhalb Deutschlands, gelegentlich innerhalb Europas.
Ein Führerschein (Kl. B bzw. 3) ist zwingend erforderlich.
