We’re excited to offer you a new opportunity to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, focused on expanding our footprint across Southern and Southwest Europe. Curious what this role is about? Let’s take a look:
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for roles across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical and commercial roles.
  • Represent Sungrow’s employer brand across multiple markets and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the global TA team to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize Personio to manage candidate data, workflows, and reporting.
  • Based in Madrid, with flexibility for occasional travel across the region.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, we want to make sure you feel happy in your position. Therefore, it would be ideal if you bring the following background:
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally with international scope.
  • Proven success hiring across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
  • Strong understanding of regional talent markets and cultural nuances.
  • Experience with ATS systems; Personio knowledge is a plus.
  • Languages: English and Spanish C1-C2; French or Italian at C1 level is a very strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for connecting people with purpose.
