Hey there and welcome to Sungrow and your new role with us, the
Repair Service Engineer.here is a list of duties that will fall in your domain.- Perform (basic) maintenance on PV inverters
- Perform failure finding on returned PV inverters
- Perform mechanical/electrical repairs of PV inverters
- Perform functional testing on PV Inverters
- Assist in the warehouse inbound / outbound process
- Assist during spare part / spare unit warehouse management
- Assist the Field Service team on request
- Cooperate with the Hotline Support team
- Assist in documentation preparation for QA and customer reports, delivery documents, …
- Do accurate reporting and updates on ticket systems
- Run analysis reports and feedback adequate information
