Your mission

Welcome to your new role, as our next Field Service Technician!
We are open to candidates from any locations in France.
You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

Perform all onsite commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers, remotely and onsite.
Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined; Participate to updating documentation and work instructions.
Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.

As you can see, many different tasks and aspects await, you won`t get bored!

Your profile

Educated as an electrical technician or engineer. (let's face it, you must understand ACDC, low/medium voltage etc., as much as we love people willing to join us from different departments, you should know your fair share of electrical wiring, right?).
Fluency in French and English, Chinese is a plus.
Readiness to work on call.
Driving license (Company car).
Experience photovoltaic (PV) or/and batteries is a plus.
Experience in dealing with customers in critical situations.
