Distribution Customer Success Manager - UK

Hello and welcome to Sungrow UK! We're excited to introduce a role that puts our distribution partners at the heart of everything we do, the Customer Success Manager (Distribution) - UK.

Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Be the trusted first point of contact for our UK distribution partners and help them get the most out of our PV, inverter and storage solutions.
• Work closely with Sales to turn partner needs into smooth orders, on-time deliveries and satisfied customers.
• Plan and run training sessions and webinars so distributors and their installers feel confident with our products.
• Coordinate with Service and Logistics teams to resolve partner questions and issues quickly and transparently.
• Track partner satisfaction and performance, and turn the insights into clear actions for growth.
• Share market feedback with our product and regional teams to help us keep improving.

All right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? To fit this role and feel at home with us for a long time, your ideal background looks a lot like this:

• Experience in customer success, account management or technical sales, ideally in solar, energy storage or another technical industry.
• A good understanding of distribution and channel business models in the UK market.
• A natural talent for building relationships, communicating clearly and solving problems with a hands-on attitude.
• Confident presenting and training, both online and in person.
• Strong organisation skills and comfort with CRM tools and reporting.
• English at C1 level or higher; other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UK to visit partners.
