Your mission

We're excited to introduce a role within our growing Regulatory Affairs Team, supporting Sungrow's regulatory and compliance activities across Europe. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will help ensure that Sungrow remains compliant with evolving national and European regulatory requirements while supporting the implementation of regulatory obligations across the business.

Curious what the mission looks like? Here it is:

  • Monitor and assess new and existing national and European legislation impacting Sungrow's business. 
  • Support the implementation of regulatory requirements across business functions by coordinating with Legal, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, ESG, Quality, Product, HR and other internal stakeholders. 
  • Conduct regulatory research and prepare practical compliance guidance, regulatory summaries and implementation recommendations. 
  • Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of regulatory compliance frameworks, internal procedures and governance documentation. 
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, industry associations and regulatory advisors where required. 
  • Prepare internal regulatory updates, compliance reports and management briefings. 
  • Support cross-functional regulatory projects and ensure timely implementation of new legal and regulatory obligations. 
  • Maintain regulatory trackers, implementation records and supporting documentation. 
  • Contribute to strengthening Sungrow's compliance culture by providing regulatory support and awareness across the organization. 

Your profile

All right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, for you to thrive in this role, your ideal background would look like this:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, European Law, Public Policy, Political Science, or another relevant discipline. 
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Public Affairs or a related function is considered an advantage. 
  • Strong understanding of European and national regulatory frameworks affecting international businesses. 
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical business guidance. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple regulatory topics simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across international and cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience working with external legal counsels, regulatory authorities or industry associations is considered an advantage. 
  • English and German at C1 level.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance management or regulatory tracking tools is considered an advantage.
