Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle, including supporting sales and commercial efforts, handling agreements handover, and managing logistics follow-up with HQ
- Contract Management: Oversee the submission of contracts to C4, ensure the issuance and monitoring of bank guarantees, and manage insurance issuance
- Financial Tracking: Track payment milestones, collections, and manage Sinosure applications and credit Quotation Monitoring: Delivery monitoring and logistics quotation
- Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate communication with other departments such as sales operations, product management, and project management to ensure seamless operations
- Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
