We’re excited to introduce a pivotal leadership role connecting our advanced utility-scale solutions with diverse markets across South-Eastern Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and CIS. As Head of Product Management Utility, you will be at the forefront of shaping our regional product strategy and driving impact across a highly dynamic energy landscape. Define and execute the regional product strategy for utility-scale solutions aligned with business goals across SEE, CEE, and CIS
Translate market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback into clear product roadmaps
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and global product teams to deliver competitive and scalable solutions
Drive product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for diverse regional markets
Lead and develop a high-performing regional product management team
Act as a key interface between regional stakeholders and headquarters to ensure alignment and continuous improvement

Your profile

Degree in engineering, energy systems, business, or a related field
Several years of experience in product management within utility-scale energy, renewables, or power infrastructure
Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory environments, and grid requirements across SEE, CEE, and CIS
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
English and Greek at C1 level required;
