¡Hola a todos y bienvenidos! We are looking for a hands-on, people-first HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Spain on a temporary basis - someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and genuinely loves making things work smoothly behind the scenes.

  • You will support the full HR function by taking ownership of a wide range of operational HR tasks, from day-to-day employee queries to process improvement - keeping things running like clockwork in a dynamic, ever-evolving organisation.
  • You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect our company values.
  • You will be the go-to point of contact for employees' daily HR questions, resolving operational queries promptly and with a human touch.
  • You will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with our organisational goals and growth ambitions.
  • You will ensure full compliance with local labour laws and regulations, staying up to date with the latest developments in Spanish employment practices.
  • Y of contact for employees' daily HR questions, resolving operational queries promptly and with a human touch.
  • You will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with our organisational goals and growth ambitions.
  • You will ensure full compliance with local labour laws and regulations, staying up to date with the latest developments in Spanish employment practices.
  • You will manage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes, including absence tracking, time recording, and liaison with external HR service providers.
  • You will support the rollout of new HR policies and procedures, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • You will keep a pulse on HR market trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to help shape the future of our people operations.

Your profile

All right, all right - that sounds pretty exciting, doesn't it? Now, to truly thrive in this role and feel right at home for the duration of this adventure, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field, and bring 3 to 4 years of progressive HR experience - ideally gained in an international environment.
  • You are a confident communicator and natural relationship-builder, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills that help you connect with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • You are resilient, emotionally intelligent, and proactive - someone who sees challenges as opportunities and approaches problem-solving with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines.
  • You are a true team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously when needed.
  • Your Spanish and English are at C1 level or above (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus, and knowledge of other European languages is always welcome.
  • Experience with HR communication tools and reporting platforms is a valued bonus that will help you hit the ground running.
