As our new Technical Operation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our Munich service center, making sure data flows cleanly, processes run like clockwork, and our operational and commercial worlds stay perfectly in sync. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of our operational data through strong validation practices, keeping our information reliable and trustworthy at all times.
  • You will support daily process monitoring and basic auditing, making sure our workflows stay compliant, traceable, and aligned with our standards.
  • You will bring structured thinking to the table, identifying process gaps and suggesting smart improvements across different project stages.
  • You will support data consolidation efforts and contribute to the development of clear, useful dashboards that help the team stay informed and agile.
  • You will assist in cost monitoring and validation, ensuring a tight alignment between what we do operationally and what it means financially.
You will be a collaborative team player, jumping in wherever support is needed and helping the team move forward together.

Your profile

All right, all right - that was pretty exciting, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy here for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You are currently studying or have a background in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field - this gives you the foundation to hit the ground running.
  • You are highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy when handling and processing information.
  • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • You bring solid communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • You are well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing focus or quality.
  • You have a proactive mindset - you take ownership of your work, look for ways to improve, and don't wait to be told twice.
  • Your language profile: English at C1 level; German and/or Chinese at a conversational level are a strong plus.
