Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We are thrilled to welcome a sharp analytical mind to our Munich team as a Junior Data Analyst - someone who loves turning raw data into clarity and helping our business teams make smarter decisions every day. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You will extract and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems - including CRM, SAP, TMS, WMS, and TES - ensuring consistency and reliability across the board.
  • You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that serve both operational teams and senior management on a daily basis.
  • You will perform data analysis to surface trends, spot variances, and flag data quality issues before they become problems.
  • You will monitor data accuracy and completeness across source systems, helping to uphold our data governance standards.
  • You will support regular reporting cycles - weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc - keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • You will document data logic, report definitions, and underlying assumptions so that knowledge is shared and processes are transparent.
  • You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams to translate business questions into meaningful data insights.

Your profile

Alright, alright - that sounded pretty exciting, didn't it? Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have basic to intermediate hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX fundamentals, and dashboard design.
  • You are comfortable working with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms, with SAP experience being a strong plus.
  • You bring solid Excel skills - pivot tables, formulas, and data validation are second nature to you.
  • You have a good understanding of database fundamentals (tables, keys, joins) and a logical, detail-oriented mindset.
  • You communicate confidently in English (C1 level); German at C1 level is a strong advantage for day-to-day collaboration in our Munich office.
  • Bonus points if you have exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, basic SQL, or experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales operations reporting.
