Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We are excited to welcome a technically sharp and solutions-driven CRM Developer to our Munich team - someone who loves turning complex business needs into clean, scalable code and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You will design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud CRM platform, covering Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • You will build and manage integrations between the CRM and other enterprise systems - including ERP, marketing automation tools, websites, and data warehouses - using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • You will implement business logic, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components based on specifications provided by CRM consultants and business stakeholders.
  • You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle - from unit testing and UAT support to release management using sandboxes, version control, and proper deployment practices.
  • You will provide 3rd-level technical support for custom CRM developments and integrations, troubleshooting performance and reliability issues as they arise.
  • You will continuously improve code quality, reusability, and platform governance, contributing to the long-term health of our D365 CRM ecosystem.

Your profile

Alright, alright - that sounds like quite the adventure, doesn't it? Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for the long run, your background should look something like this:

  • You bring 2+ years of hands-on CRM development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (plugins, Power Platform) and/or Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flow), paired with solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • You are proficient in Python, comfortable with data structures and algorithms, and bring strong programming logic and a quality-oriented mindset to everything you build.
  • You have a good understanding of CRM data models, security models, and governance frameworks, and you are familiar with modern development practices including Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You are a strong analytical thinker who can translate functional business requirements into robust technical designs with minimal hand-holding.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English at C1 level (written and spoken); German is a welcome plus, and you are comfortable navigating a multinational, cross-functional team environment.

Why us?

Our IT and Digital Transformation team in Munich sits at the heart of Sungrow's global operations - connecting systems, enabling data flows, and building the digital backbone that powers our business across Europe and beyond.
  • You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end enterprise system landscapes spanning multiple business domains, giving you a rare breadth of technical experience.
  • You will play a meaningful role in digitalization and system integration projects with real, measurable business impact in an international setup.
  • You will have a clear career development path within IT consulting and enterprise application management, with room to grow into senior or specialist roles.
  • You will work in a collaborative, diverse environment where your ideas are heard and your technical contributions genuinely matter.
