  • Lead the financial reporting for our German subsidiary, including orchestrating external audits and coordinating effectively with auditors.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to drive business growth and inform crucial management decisions.
  • Manage cash flow planning and treasury forecasting to ensure efficient fund management and operational excellence.
  • Lead and develop a finance team of 4–5 members, fostering growth and managing performance.
  • Ensure full financial, tax, and regulatory compliance with German and European standards.
  • Champion finance digitalization initiatives and optimize SAP finance modules and related processes for enhanced operational efficiency.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, showcasing strong capabilities in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.
  • You have a proven track record in team management and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • You are well-versed in German financial, tax, and compliance regulations; experience in a multinational company is a plus.
  • You are fluent in German and English (C1 level required); Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • You have experience with SAP finance module implementation or optimization.
