HR Specialist - Poland

Your mission

We are thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our dynamic growth with our most valuable asset: our people. As an HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and supportive employee journey within Sungrow.

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Manage key HR operations including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits tasks, such as attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and benefit program administration.
  • Coordinate and track learning and development initiatives, including onboarding sessions.
  • Provide daily HR support, covering visa/work permit processes and employee activities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures in a multicultural environment.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possess 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HR systems.
  • Have a good command of English (C1 level).
  • Show strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
