Process and manage regional service orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with internal teams and customers.
Confirm the availability of service products and resources with various internal departments and promptly escalate any potential delays.
Provide support to the Service Product teams in their daily operational activities.
- Maintain and update service order, contract, and customer information within the CRM system, ensuring data consistency.
- Assist with contract registration workflows within the CRM.

Currently enrolled in Technical, Business, or Economics studies with a genuine interest in service sales and the renewable energy market.
Possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage multi-regional service orders effectively.
Demonstrate a proactive, friendly, and hands-on attitude, coupled with attention to detail, ownership, and independence.
Capable of solving problems efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working confidently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
English C1 and Chinese C1 are required.
