- Support IT procurement processes including invoice handling, verification, archiving, and coordination with finance.
- Maintain supplier information and assist with organizing procurement contracts and documentation.
- Assist in IT audit and compliance projects by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting follow-up actions.
- Help document and maintain audit-related processes, controls, and compliance evidence.
- Support the review of cybersecurity-related contracts and contribute to completing security questionnaires.
- Provide administrative support to the IT team across procurement and audit activities.
