Bonjour et bienvenue chez Sungrow ! We're thrilled to introduce a vital role that ensures our French operations run smoothly, supporting our incredible team during a significant period of growth. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dynamic environment as an HR Operations Specialist on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) to cover a maternity leave, where your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of HR support. Ensure strict compliance with French labor laws and internal HR policies.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for our French team members.
Oversee HR administration, including benefits, compensation, and the preparation of HR-related documentation.
Maintain and update employee information accurately within HR systems.
Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, providing support and guidance on HR matters.
Collaborate with the broader HR team and headquarters to implement company-wide policies and programs effectively.

Your profile

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR Operations or Specialist role, ideally within France.
Solid understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent written and spoken command of French C2 and English C1.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
