- You will be the primary contact for Sungrow's Distribution Channel Partners within the DACH region.
- You will ensure channel partners receive all necessary product and commercial information, fostering a positive experience when selling Sungrow products.
- You will collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and needs, aligning them with Sungrow's overarching strategy.
- You will develop value propositions and account plans based on customer insights, exploring potential strategic advancements within accounts.
- You will monitor client performance and provide relevant updates to management.
- You will handle essential operational tasks such as quote entries, tracking product flow, and managing reports and deadlines.
- You will address customer challenges and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders within Sungrow when necessary.
- You will visit channel partners in person, attend trade fairs, and accompany them to the Headquarter in Hefei.
