  • Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with our distributors and installers, ensuring mutual growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and support our partners through their sales cycles, offering assistance on opportunities to maximize success.
  • Ensure the seamless and timely delivery of our innovative solutions and products, aligning perfectly with customer objectives.
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs for our existing and prospective partners, educating them on our unique offerings and value proposition.
  • Collaborate on strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand our business footprint and integrate new solutions effectively.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, addressing challenges proactively and seeing issues through to successful resolution.
  • Co-create compelling value propositions derived from deep customer insights and market understanding.
  • Actively identify new sales prospects and meticulously follow up on leads to foster business expansion.
Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • You possess a proactive, self-motivated "yes, we can" attitude, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and strong commercial acumen.
  • You are passionate, driven, and motivated to achieve success.
  • Your language skills include German C1 and English C1, with Italian C2 or native proficiency being a significant asset.
  • You are a quick learner with a strong desire to expand your knowledge in the clean-tech industry.
  • You pay meticulous attention to detail, capable of connecting intricate specifics to the broader vision of delivering an exceptional brand experience.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have knowledge of CRM systems.
  • An understanding of the solar industry is a valuable advantage.
