- Administrative Support
Assist with document management, filing systems and correspondence
Support basic invoice handling and administrative record-keeping
Help manage calendars, meetings and internal coordination tasks
- Office Operations
Support mail handling, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing deliveries
Assist with office supply management, including inventory checks and ordering
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and office-related services
Support general office organization and ensure a tidy, functional workspace
Provide day-to-day support to employees on administrative topics
- Front Desk & Visitor Support
Support visitor management, including welcoming guests and coordinating with hosts
Assist with registrations, issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs
- Ad Hoc Tasks
Support office projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Assist the Admin Team with ongoing improvements to processes and systems
