Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're seeking a vigilant guardian of contractual integrity to join our team as a Junior Claims Manager for the DACH region. This role is a prime opportunity to dive deep into the legal and commercial intricacies of our pioneering solar energy projects.   • Support the assessment and management of all contractual claims, both incoming and outgoing, involving clients and subcontractors.
  • Diligently collect, organize, and analyze critical documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and technical reports, to support claim efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive claims registers and administrative records, ensuring meticulous filing and archiving of all claim-related communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of formal claim notifications, rebuttals, and settlement agreements under senior guidance.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with various internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and obligations.
  • Contribute to dispute resolution processes and the identification of contractual risks within solar energy projects.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in contract management, legal support, project administration, or claims handling.
  • Foundational knowledge of commercial contracts, contractual obligations, and key contract law principles.
  • Familiarity with solar energy projects, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and related infrastructure is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C2) for both written and spoken communication.
  • Possesses analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
