  • Support the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, PV system design insights, and tailored solar solutions for customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and prepare optimal PV configurations, layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Join customer and partner meetings to clearly communicate product advantages, system performance, and technical value.
  • Deliver training sessions to installers, partners, and clients on PV products, system behavior, and best practices.
  • Monitor Romanian PV regulations, grid requirements, and market trends to support proactive sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, service, product, and sales colleagues to prepare accurate proposals and maintain customer satisfaction.
Your profile

Now, to feel truly at home in this role and thrive long‑term, your ideal background should look like this:

  • Experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or PV system design.
  • Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals, PV inverter behavior, and system sizing principles.
  • Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and confident way to both specialists and non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable preparing proposals, diagrams, and technical comparisons.
  • English B2–C1 and Romanian fluency; other European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with PV software (e.g. PVsyst), AutoCAD, CRM platforms, or similar tools is beneficial.
