O&M Manager - Sweden

Your mission
Sungrow is looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead after-sales service and operational performance for PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the Nordic region.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality O&M services, ensuring contract performance, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers, local service teams, subcontractors, and Sungrow’s European and Chinese headquarters to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operation of renewable energy assets.
  • Manage customer relationships and act as the main O&M point of contact
  • Lead and develop local service teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of O&M contracts
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Manage warranty cases and technical support processes
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with local, EU, and HQ teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Travel across the Nordics for site supervision; occasional travel to China

Your profile
  • Degree in Electrical or Industrial EngineeringProven experience in large-scale O&M operations
  • Strong technical background in PV solar and BESS
  • Experience managing teams and complex service contractsFluent in English and Swedish (C1 minimum); Mandarin is a plus
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working in a global, multicultural, matrix organization
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); Visio is a plus
  • Knowledge of Battery systems, EMS, and SCADA is an advantage
