We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Senior Sales Operations Specialist for the UK & Ireland. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
  • Support the Sales Team with contract and order execution from countersignature to payment, including order placement, shipment monitoring, and invoicing in ERP.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery topics.
  • Prepare regular analysis reports such as shipment updates and sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks for shipments.
  • Mentor and support the local Sales Operations team through training, guidance, and problem-solving expertise.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, to make sure you feel confident and happy in this role, it would be fantastic if you bring the following background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Prior experience in the solar industry and/or international trade is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and strong data analysis skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools.
