Your mission

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HSE Operations Intern. Curious about what this role involves? Let’s dive in:

Support the HSE Manager with administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining HSE documentation (policies, procedures, risk assessments).
Ensure accurate document control and maintain HSE records, logs, and databases.
Assist in preparing reports, safety statistics, and compliance documentation.
Participate in HSE inspections, audits, and site safety checks, recording findings and follow-up actions.
Support incident, accident, and near-miss reporting processes.
Help manage HSE aspects of the company vehicle fleet, including documentation, inspections, and driver safety records.
Potential to travel within in the UK to support the HSE Manager.

Your profile

Must have an interest in Health and Safety with the intention of career progression.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and records.
Local to Milton Keynes to work in the office 5 days per week.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
Basic understanding of HSE principles and willingness to learn operational practices.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English C1; other European languages are a plus.
