Your tasks:
Inventory Management
• Maintain precise inventory records and ensure stock levels meet customer and business demand.
• Implement and oversee robust inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and regular stock inspections.
Warehouse Operations
• Lead daily warehouse operations—from receiving to storage and distribution.• Ensure goods are stored safely and correctly, following best-in-class storage practices.
Staff Leadership & Development
• Manage, coach, and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.• Allocate tasks, set clear expectations, and foster a productive and collaborative team environment.
Shipping & Receiving
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness.• Inspect incoming goods to ensure quality, quantity, and compliance with requirements.
Quality Control
• Implement and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse.• Proactively identify, address, and resolve quality discrepancies.
Health & Safety
• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations.• Conduct regular safety trainings and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Equipment & Facility Maintenance
• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.• Ensure all equipment is operational, reliable, and compliant with safety standards.
Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures to boost overall warehouse productivity.• Introduce best practices that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & KPIs
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on warehouse performance and operations.• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
