We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Operations & Maintenance team as a Support Engineer. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
  • Establish and continuously improve software maintenance processes, standards, and SLA mechanisms.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base, FAQs, and incident review systems to boost team efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure fast resolution of issues from customers and internal teams.
  • Define response strategies based on issue severity and escalate critical problems promptly.
  • Monitor version quality and analyze defect trends to drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with R&D, delivery, product, and sales teams to accelerate issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? To make sure you feel happy and successful in this role, it would be fantastic if you bring the following background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, testing, operations, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and technology stacks (mobile, front-end, back-end); renewable energy software experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of defect management, version control, ITIL framework, and SLA management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot online issues independently using monitoring and log analysis tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with customers.
  • Strong resilience under pressure and ability to drive issue resolution.
  • English and German proficiency at C1 level; additional languages are always a plus.
Preferred:
  • Experience in software maintenance for energy internet, photovoltaic, or energy storage industries.
  • International project experience.
