Your mission
Hey there, we are increasing our Distribution-Department, and hope to welcome You as our new Partner Success Manager – Bulgaria!
What`s the business, you might ask? Well, in short it`s pretty much You making sure that our distributing partners and their customers are always well informed about our portfolio and know that they can count on us with our expertise and quality!

Relationship Building:
  • Visit installers and create strong brand advocacy for Sungrow.
  • Build lasting relationships with distributor sales teams and installers to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
  • Assist distribution partners during customer visits and sales opportunities.
  • Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads.
Training & Education:
  • Execute training programs for installers and distributors to showcase Sungrow solutions and value proposition.
Strategic Contribution:
  • Participate in creating and integrating sales and marketing plans for new initiatives.
  • Co-create value propositions based on customer insights.
Customer Advocacy:
  • Act as the voice of the customer, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth issue resolution.
Your profile

Required Background

  • Education:
    • Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a comparable field
    • OR higher education qualification/business-related studies with a technical component
  • Industry Experience:
    • ~2 years in the renewable energy industry

Language & Travel

  • Native Bulgarian and English (at least B2 level)
  • Willingness to travel regularly (2–3 days/week) for installer visits, partner meetings, and trade fairs
  • Home-office based when not traveling
