We are seeking an experienced and strategic ESS Regional Project Manager - Finland to lead our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business in Sungrow Europe. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring ESS projects are delivered successfully and high-level customer engagement with team leadership and is central to our expansion in a high-priority growth market. They combine organizational skills, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive results.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage risks, assign tasks, and foster collaboration across diverse teams (commercial, service, product solution, contract & legal, finance).
- Motivate teams to meet deadlines, manage expectations and change, and track payment milestones.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, executives, and team members, providing regular progress updates and organizing stakeholder meetings.
- Efficiently allocate resources (manpower, tools, materials), resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct post-project reviews, including lessons learned and performance analysis.
