Your mission
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Office Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, administrative support, and day-to-day business operations in a dynamic international environment.
- Assist with front desk duties: welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing mail
- Support the coordination of office supplies, deliveries, and inventory
- Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update internal documentation and filing systems
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
Your profile

- Currently enrolled in a relevant MBO/HBO/University program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
